CHE Asado & Bar
Viva la Argentina! CHE Asado is the newest addition to the line-up of South Bank restaurants in Brisbane. Inspired by traditional restaurants and bars of Argentina, CHE offers an eclectic mix of culture, flavour and fun!
The term asado refers to the social event of the barbeque. The asado is at the heart of Argentinian culture. Authentic asado cooking involves a variety of meats such as beef on an open grill or over an open fire. We've taken inspiration from these traditional techniques to serve up a range of authentic Argentinian dishes made using fresh local produce and quality ingredients.
